Julies Genuine Step - 2004 Black AQHA Mare

"Julies Genuine Step" aka "Julie" was the first mare that we purchased & is out of million dollar sire "Wimpys Little Step" & her bottom side is deep with "San Jo Lena" & "Genuine Doc" all on her papers. She is a black 2004 AQHA mare that is absolutely stunning in every way. We purchased "Julie" as a 2 yr old in 2006 from Brent Loseke at Green Valley Ranch along with a breeding fee to "Chocolate Chic Olena". Looking back in retrospect we would or should have shown her all day long but as newcomers we wanted to jump into the breeding business & opted instead to breed her in 2005 to Chocolate Chic Olena of which the resulting foal a palomino filly was and is absolutely outstanding and is a definite keeper for our own program. "Julie" was one the poster foals for Wimpys Little Step to show off his incredible first foal crop of 2004 and I thought when I first saw her on "Wimpys" website that if she ever produced foals for us that looked like her then we were definitely on the right coarse for our own breeding program and we were right! Thank you to Brent Loseke & Green Valley Ranch for allowing us to purchase such a special mare. "Julie" is bred to "Whiz N Custom" for a 2010 foal!
